Ahh, I’m so glad you liked it! Absolutely, I’ll try and work some instructions out properly (I kinda made it up as I went along) and I’ll post a tutorial :)
One of my best friends in the worlds birthday is in a few weeks time, and I made her a bag and cat-mouse key holder - the bag (made with a pattern) was really easy but the key holder I made up a pattern from a similar item I own….Took me ages but I’m really pleased with how it turned out! Just need to fill the bag with chocolate, wrap it up, then I can post it off tomorrow :D
Going to see the last Harry Potter film at midnight this thursday/friday, eeeeep! Just finished this to wear - I drew the logo free hand (hence why its a bit wonky), just stuck crystals on with fabric glue and I’m good to go!
Ahhh thankyouu! You really made my day hehe :D
So in celebration of finishing my penultimate exam this year, I thought I’d finally make a start on doing something with that wool. I tried to follow the pattern but it came out ENORMOUS so I thought I’d add some elastic and make a beret - which I actually think I’ll wear more anyway! First proper knitting project = success!
#2 - my granny sent me this pattern for a cute short-sleeved knitted top. Not sure what wool would be nice but in the colour photo she sent its done in coral, which looked gorgeous!
So it’s a shitty, rainy, horrible day and revision is getting me down like you wouldn’t believe! But our lovely postman just came and brought me goodies in the post, yay! #1: This pattern for a tie waist top and peg trousers - going to cut the pieces out next time I need a revision break then sew them after exams are done.
Found this in a charity shop (thrift store) so over the summer, I’m going to try following my first knitting pattern! If any knitters know of any easy patterns they would like to recommend me that would be awesome but at the moment I’m doing this.
